Ingredients

SERVINGS:

– 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
– 20ml Fabbri Simple Syrup
– 50ml ARTESANO White Dry Rum
– 4-7 sprigs Mint, plus more for serving
– 2 dash Aromatic Bitter
– Top up soda (for serving)
– Tip of Mint sprig (for garnish)

Preparation

Do it the “Build” way! It’s easy, it’s fast and it’s the best way to start! Just add the non-alcoholic parts first one after another (fresh lime, simple syrup, springs mint, aromatic bitter), continue with the glorious ARTESANO White Dry Rum and then top up with soda.

What’s left? Nothing but to give it a stir, garnish with more mint and enjoy your Real Barbados Mojito for real!
